Most yoga workshops are short-term sprints. Ṛtu Sādhana is different. It is a year-long immersive yoga program designed to explore the depths of Vinyasa Krama in alignment with the natural rhythm of the seasons.

Rooted in classical yoga and sustained practice, this program invites you to move beyond the “workout” and cultivate a life of consistency, depth, and inner integration.

What is Ṛtu Sādhana?

In the classical tradition, yoga was never "consumed" rapidly. It was absorbed through repetition, observation, and lived experience. Ṛtu Sādhana (Seasonal Practice) mirrors this traditional path.
Over twelve months, you will learn to adapt your practice intelligently as the year unfolds. Each month introduces a specific Vinyasa Krama sequence, allowing your body and mind to transform organically rather than through force.

Our sessions are held on the Second Saturday of every month from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Yes. While it is an “immersion,” the beauty of Vinyasa Krama is that it is progressive. Beginners with a sincere interest in learning are welcome, as we build the practice step-by-step each month.
While we encourage attending the full cycle for maximum benefit, you can rejoin the following month. The program is designed to be a “long-form” journey, and the repetition in the tradition ensures you can always find your rhythm again.
No. Ṛtu Sādhana is about “internal sensitivity,” not external performance. We focus on how the breath moves the body, making the practice accessible to all body types.
In traditional yoga, sound is as important as movement. Chanting helps refine the breath and provides a powerful tool for concentration (Dharana) that complements the physical asana.
