Joshna is an Internationally recognized Yoga Instructor with over 16 years of teaching experience and the founder of Atma Yoga Shala (Chennai & China). A dedicated mentor, she has led more than 50 Teacher Training Programs across China, Jordan,USA and India, fostering a global community of over 1,500 certified graduates. Each year, she continues to empower the next generation of teachers through her RYT 200/300-hour Vinyasa Krama courses. Joshna’s own practice is rooted in the purest traditions of the “Father of Modern Yoga,” Sri T. Krishnamacharya; she remains a devoted student of Srivatsa Ramaswami. She has also studied other styles like Ashtanga Vinaysa with Sharath Jois and Iyengar method from different senior Iyengar teachers. She also has a Masters in Psychology. Through her teaching, she bridges ancient wisdom with modern accessibility, ensuring the authentic lineage of Vinyasa Krama thrives worldwide.
