By using this website or enrolling in our programs, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Atma Yoga Shala provides a variety of yoga-related services, including:
  • Live Classes: Group and private sessions in Vinyasa Krama, Vinyasa Flow, and specialized styles like Prenatal and Aerial Yoga.
  • Teacher Training: RYT 200/300-hour certification programs in the Vinyasa Krama tradition.
  • Digital Content: Access to recorded video courses and instructional materials.
  • Holistic Programs: Natural lifestyle programs and life coaching sessions.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Waiver

Yoga involves physical activity. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • You are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in yoga classes.
  • You assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
  • It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in any yoga program.
  • Atma Yoga Shala, its founder Joshna, and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries sustained during practice.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Payment Gateway: All payments for classes, certifications, and recorded courses are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Currency: Payments are typically processed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on this website—including but not limited to recorded video courses, class sequences, logos, and training manuals—is the exclusive property of Atma Yoga Shala.
  • Your purchase of a recorded course grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • You may not record, download (unless permitted), redistribute, or sell any content from our digital library without express written consent from the founder.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, such as recorded courses, you may be required to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Use the website for any illegal purpose.

  • Share your paid course login credentials with third parties.
