AYS Yin Yoga TTC – Internationally Recognised
Slow down. Go deeper. Teach with clarity.
The AYS 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program is a deep immersion into the subtle, meditative, and therapeutic aspects of Yin Yoga.
Rooted in classical yogic wisdom and Traditional Chinese Medicine, this training equips you to teach Yin Yoga safely, intelligently, and confidently both online and offline. Whether you are a yoga teacher, wellness practitioner, or dedicated student, this program helps you understand why we hold, not just how we hold.
What Is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga consisting of long-held, passive postures that primarily target the connective tissues ligaments, fascia, joints, and bones.
Unlike dynamic styles of yoga that work on superficial muscle layers, Yin Yoga works deep within the body, where physical and emotional stress, trauma, and habitual tension are stored.
Through stillness and time, Yin Yoga helps to:
- Release chronic tightness and stiffness
- Improve joint mobility and flexibility
- Calm the nervous system
- Support emotional regulation and mental clarity
Yin Yoga is not about effort it is about allowing.
