50-Hour Pranayama Teacher Training Course

An Immersive Journey into Breath, Life Force & Yogic Science

Master the Science of Pranayama (50-Hour Certified Teacher Training)

The 50-Hour Pranayama Teacher Training Course (TTC) is a deep, experiential exploration into the ancient yogic science of breath and prana (life force). Rooted in the classical wisdom of India, this program is designed for yoga teachers, serious practitioners, therapists, and seekers who wish to understand, embody, and teach Pranayama with clarity, precision, and depth.

This training goes far beyond learning breathing techniques. It brings conscious awareness to the subtle and vital systems that sustain life respiration, blood circulation, digestion, assimilation, nourishment, the endocrine system, and the nervous system. Together, these systems form what yogic texts describe as the Pranamaya Kosha the energetic sheath governing vitality, balance, and health.

Pranayama is the gateway to mastering life force. This training offers the tools to access it safely, systematically, and authentically.

Pranayama: The Bridge Between Body and Mind

According to the yogic tradition, Yoga is a codified path of self-realisation expressed through the eight limbs of yoga:
Yama · Niyama · Asana · Pranayama · Pratyahara · Dharana · Dhyana · Samadhi
In this 50-hour Pranayama TTC, the primary emphasis is Pranayama the bridge between body and mind.
Through structured breath practices, you will learn how Pranayama directly influences the autonomic (involuntary) systems of the body, including:
By regulating the breath, internal rhythms are harmonised, supporting vitality, resilience, and optimal health both personally and professionally.

Why Pranayama Is a Lifelong Practice

Pranayama is a vast and powerful discipline with limitless potential. Though it may appear simple, sincere practice reveals it to be subtle, profound, and deeply transformative.

It is inherently psychosomatic, exploring the intimate relationship between:

Breath

Mind

Energy

Workshop

Consciousness

When taught incorrectly, Pranayama can be ineffective or destabilising. When taught with understanding, it becomes a tool for healing, mastery, and inner freedom.
This training is not about shortcuts. It is about depth, safety, precision, and lived experience.
