We offer three distinct ways to experience one-on-one guidance, depending on your location and your level of commitment.

In-Person Private Sessions (Chennai)

A dedicated senior teacher is assigned to you to guide you through 60-minute sessions for 20 hours focused on safe alignment and intelligent progression.

Online One-on-One Yoga (Global)

Same depth of personalization as in-person sessions for 20 hours  practice tailored to daily rhythm, asana + pranayama + mindfulness.

The 12-Week Private Mentorship (Advanced)

This is not just a “class” it is an educational journey. This road is for students who have at least one year of experience and are ready to take full ownership of their growth.

Yes. For beginners, private yoga is the safest way to start. It ensures you build the correct foundation and alignment habits from day one, preventing injuries that often occur in crowded group settings.
Standard private classes (Road 1 & 2) are 60-minute guided sessions. The Mentorship is for those who already have a practice; it focuses on 30 minutes of high-level technical refinement and uses your self-practice videos to hold you accountable for your own progress.
We have specialized protocols for injury rehabilitation (back, neck, knee), disease management (PCOS, Hypertension, Diabetes), and stress-related conditions like chronic fatigue or insomnia.
This is our “discovery” phase. We assess your range of motion, discuss health history (like BP or joint issues), and define your goals. This allows us to assign the perfect teacher and design your custom roadmap.
One of the primary benefits of private yoga is flexibility. We work with you to find a consistent slot that fits your professional or home life.
