Rooted in the teachings of Shri T. Krishnamacharya, this program is structured as per the teachings of Sri Srivatsa Ramaswami, direct student of Shri. T. Krishnamacharya preserving the integrity of a living lineage. This hybrid format allows you to balance structured learning with daily life, without compromising depth.
What is Vinyasa Krama?
Each variation is linked to the next one by a succession of specific transitional movements, synchronized with the breath. The mind closely follows the slow, smooth, deliberate Ujjayi yogic breathing; and the yoking of mind andbody takes place with the breath acting as the harness.
What Makes Vinyasa Krama Unique

Breath-centred sequencing
Movement is guided by the breath, using inhale/exhale as the organizing principle to unify body, mind, and attention in practice.

Progressive and intelligent class design
Classes are thoughtfully sequenced preparations, variations and counterposes so practice is safe, scalable, and appropriate for every level.

Exploration of prāṇa within each asana
Each posture invites subtle inquiry into prāṇa (vital energy), allowing students to deepen awareness beyond external form.

Balance of dynamic movement & long holds
The method blends flowing sequences with sustained holds to cultivate strength, precision, and receptive presence.

Mindful attention and functional alignment
Clear focus on gaze, mindful attention and functional alignment trains embodied awareness rather than performance.
