SIRSASANA (HEADSTAND)
Sirsasana (Headstand) and its variant Sarvangasana( shoulder stand) are considered the King and Queen of the asanas. Hata yogis consider it as viparitakarani mudras are inversions benefitting the internal organs, The benefits are enhanced if practised regularly with vinyasas or breath oriented movements around these majestic poses. In this program (3 days 6 hrs) these two asanas with a number of vinyasas will be gone through followed by a short stint of pranayama.
