Kids Gymnastic Classes (4 - 13 years)

Atma Yoga Shala offers gymnastic classes for Kids aged 4 – 13 years.
Kids have a great amount physical energy which needs to be harnessed in a way that combines discipline and fun. Kids are flexible at both physical and mental levels. These classes will help them gain confidence, develop strength and maintain flexibility.
A good gymnastic training will help kids gain focus and concentration and can be a great enabler when they enter the journey of Yoga as they grow into young adults.
Gymnastic classes for Kids, are conducted by NIS Certified Gymnastic Coach – R.Sasi Kumar SasiKumar is a gymnastic instructor at various educational institutes and run the Adventure Group of Gymnastics (chennai). His students participate and have won at gymnastic competitions at District, State and National Levels. Sasikumar has been honoured with the “Role of Coach” at the 8th Trampoline Gymnastics National Championship and the 28th Mumbai Mayor Trophy (gymnastics) sub junior.

Yoga for kids ( 4 - 12 Years)

We know kids are high energy and high maintenance. Not all that energy can be led to go a waste . A creative use can help kids grow into their fullest potentials. Yoga can be that thing which they enjoy.

Yoga is for everyone – and you’re never too young to start. Kids yoga classes are a wonderful way to increase children’s
while they stretch and strengthen their bodies. Using yoga, children can learn to relax, concentrate and be gentle in a fun and creative environment.

Yoga 45 Minutes Class ( 4 Years To 12 Years)

This 45-minute class is for four years old to twelve years old. It’s a fun and interactive class with yoga shapes, games, sounds and movement to help with the child’s development. This includes improving spatial awareness, co-ordination, creative expression and motor skills. It’s also a nice calming space, helping children to deal with any hyperactivity.
