Why Yoga Prenatal? 

If you practice yoga while you are pregnant you can improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety. You will increase your strength and flexibility and even endurance of muscles needed for your childbirth. You will also connect beautifully with your baby. A gentle class in which you will be able to physically, emotionally and mentally prepare yourself for childbirth. The focus is on breath awareness and conscious relaxation to help ease pregnancy, delivery and the after effects of birth. During yoga, mothers connect with their growing babies, relax without interference from outside distractions and foster feelings of security and confidence in their abilities.

Why Yoga Postnatal?

Being a parent requires a lot of energy on your body and mind, and this class will help you to stay strong! Be prepared to breathe, stabilize, and move. This class is designed for the post-partum period.  If you’ve experienced childbirth in recent months, your body has been through a lot, and mentally taking care of a new-born is a big adjustment. This class will give you relief physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll have a chance to breathe, stretch, and relax.
